MEDIRVAL Traumatology and Physiotherapy Medical Center

Today was the third day that I went to this center, the first day I was surprised when they asked me to dress the stretcher with the sheet myself, but I thought it was something circumstantial but it was not like that, the second day they also ordered me to put the sheet myself sheet on the stretcher but the worst came when on the third day after giving me a microwave session, they ordered me to lie down on the stretcher and after 15 minutes no one attended to me when there were only two people who were in the center, an older woman and me and the employees were having a long conversation in the office, so I decided to get up from the stretcher, get dressed and leave, because I considered that the way this center acts was not serious. I do not recommend to anybody.

Both physiotherapists and traumatologists are extraordinary professionals. They offer you the necessary sessions, no more, and at a good price. Totally recommended

I have tried physiotherapy in the morning and afternoon, and I have to say that the girls in the morning are much more professional. 100% treatment and attention from both Raquel and Rosa, and their emotional treatments in less time. Without a doubt I will count on them for both my physios and those of my family.

My experience has been in physical therapy. Very good. I've had several physios over the years and haven't noticed much of a difference. They don't try to fool you with the typical "you need 8 sessions." Various techniques in addition to the manual one. Punctual. Good price. Good for parking. I already have my physio in Toledo 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I give a bad rating for dealing with customers. I had a physical therapy rehabilitation session and they kicked me out after 10 minutes because they didn't know how to bill the insurance for the session. They transfer their problem to the client. VERY BADLY. I remind you that the physio who treated me told me that this had already happened with other clients of the same company and that since they did not know how to bill the insurance company, they could not treat me. If my insurer gives me the option to choose their center and you make an appointment, I don't understand why you don't verify that this cannot be done before making an appointment with a client. I think they have not tried to find a solution, they simply do not know how to solve it with the insurance company and the easiest thing is to not get caught up. He reiterated that it is his problem, not the client's.
